First get pre qualified for your new home so you can lock in your reservation.  We can recommend a great lender in our area that has the  expertise and experience to find a loan program that fits you and the product we offer.

Step 5

Home Completion

Your new home is delivered to your lot and is completed.  We then build the garage, porch, fences and put in the landscaping.

Step 6

Closing

Because our homes are built out of the weather, the time required to select a lot and build a home and close is much faster than a traditional stick built home.
