Premium Materials For The Coast
Living on the coast requires a better design. That's why the homes we provide have specific features that will protect your home from the weather.
Fiberglass exterior doors instead of steel doors because fiberglass does not rust or dent like a steel door does.
Fiber Cement Lap Siding over OSB instead of a single layer T111 exterior. This upgraded exterior provides better insulation and better protection from the elements. For example, the nails and screw heads attaching the lap siding are hid under each layer of siding reducing the chance they will rust.
